Returns
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for paying for the return shipment, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us.
You can arrange your return shipment through us using one of our available shipping carriers. The return shipping cost will depend on the selected shipping method and will be deducted from your refund.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the cost of the original standard delivery.
We will provide up-to-date instructions for arranging a return shipment through us when we process your withdrawal notice.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
After this period, any return request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or permanently modified specifically for a customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
